Classic FM synthesis combined with ROM-based sounds make this vintage digital synthesizer a true classic (albeit challenging to master). TG77 patches should also work with SY77.
Very raw aggressive mono bass. Sharp attack, quick release. Almost square wave sounding. Bright resonant filter mapped to CC74.
Interesting use of envelopes to create a pseudo echo effect. Plucky. When note is held repeats begin.
Raw bass sound. Glitchy filter wobbles and adds depth. Filter mapped to CC74. At higher cutoff frequency sounds like a small static broken speaker sound.
